Are you a privacy specialist with a strong grasp of AI governance, ready to make an impact in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up?

I am partnering with a dynamic technology company seeking an experienced contractor to support its privacy and AI initiatives during an exciting growth phase. This urgent role reports to the Privacy Director and plays a key part in preparing the business for an upcoming Q3 product launch.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the company's data protection and privacy function.
• Design and implement the organisation's first AI governance and ethical use policies.
• Build and oversee a comprehensive privacy framework embedded across all departments.
• Partner with product, technology, finance, and commercial teams to ensure privacy and data protection requirements are built into new initiatives.
• Lead DPIAs, transfer risk assessments, and data mapping exercises.
• Draft, review, and negotiate privacy clauses within vendor and customer agreements.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to promote a culture of privacy awareness across the business.

About You

You're an experienced privacy professional with hands-on expertise in GDPR compliance and a keen understanding of AI-related risks and governance. You'll be comfortable advising senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
