Salary + Benefits: £35,000-40,000

Are you passionate about how technology can transform the legal industry? Do you thrive on problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation? We’re looking for a Legal Technologist to join our clients growing Legal Tech Delivery team — a key role supporting the adoption, delivery, and optimisation of legal technology solutions across the firm.

As a Legal Technologist, you’ll play a vital part in helping legal teams and clients make the most of cutting-edge tools such as HighQ, Kira, Legatics, Contract Express, and AI platforms. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, support solution design and delivery, and help drive adoption of technology that enhances the way legal services are delivered.

Working alongside Senior Legal Technologists and Solutions Engineers, you’ll:

• Support, configure, and enhance legal tech tools while providing expert advice to internal stakeholders.

• Act as an escalation point for complex technical queries and mentor Legal Tech Support Analysts.

• Deliver engaging demos, training sessions, and workshops to promote technology adoption.

• Assist in developing and implementing medium-complexity legal tech solutions.

• Participate in tool testing, upgrades, and new system rollouts.

• Collaborate on solution design to meet client and internal needs.

You’re someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving how legal work gets done through technology. You’ll have:

• Knowledge or experience of legal tech tools (HighQ, Kira, Legatics, Contract Express, AI platforms).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn user needs into tech-driven solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.

• An interest in how technology enhances legal service delivery.

• Experience in a legal or professional services environment (highly desirable)
