Senior Sales Executive - Managed IT Services & Consultancy
Are you a proven 'hunter' with a track record of winning new business in IT services, managed services, testing, or cybersecurity?
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Director / Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing leader in IT consultancy and digital transformation solutions.
This is a pure new logo sales role, you’ll be selling expertise, outcomes, and transformation, not products or boxes. With the flexibility to work anywhere in the UK and regular travel to clients, you’ll play a key role in building our private sector client base across enterprise and mid-market organisations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive new business acquisition, securing new logo wins across testing, cybersecurity, managed services, and consultancy.
- Build and develop strategic relationships with C-suite and IT leadership.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover client challenges in digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, and operational efficiency.
- Work with internal delivery teams to shape tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Present compelling proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in B2B sales of IT services, managed services, testing, or cybersecurity.
- Strong new business / hunter mindset with consistent track record of new logo acquisition.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers in the private sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while leveraging marketing and lead generation support.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to meet clients and attend events.
