Senior Product & Revenue Growth Lead (Contract)

Our client is seeking an experienced Product & Revenue Growth Lead to join their FinTech Commercial team.

This senior position blends strategic business development, commercial design, and product go-to-market execution. It requires a deep understanding of payments (ideally both CNP and POS), merchant acquiring, and the dynamics of SME merchants, and the role will focus on designing, developing, and delivering innovative pay-out solutions, maximizing incremental revenue, and driving a P&L-positive impact for the FinTech department.

The ideal candidate will be experienced at leading growth and revenue generation initiatives within a Payments/FinTech environment, with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and executive communication.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product & Revenue Growth professional to join the FinTech Commercial team at a leading online travel platform. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, developing, and delivering innovative payment and pay-out solutions that maximize incremental revenue and drive positive P&L impact for the FinTech department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the Design and Execution of Strategic Payment Solutions

  • Own the commercial design, market strategy, and delivery of pay-out and payment solutions.
  • Translate partner and market needs into commercially viable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with product and operational teams to ensure scalable implementation and optimized partner experiences.

2. Shape Business Strategy and Drive Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute growth strategies and long-term plans for FinTech payment products, identifying high-impact opportunities across regions and partner segments (e.g., SMBs, OTAs).
  • Drive sustainable P&L growth by optimizing pricing, partner adoption, and operational efficiencies.
  • Identify and evaluate new commercial models and partnerships to expand the FinTech ecosystem.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to ensure product and market readiness.
  • Provide thought leadership on payment acquiring, SME merchant economics, and digital payment trends.
  • Support vendor and partner management, including negotiations, RFPs, and commercial performance reviews.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in ecommerce acquiring, FinTech, or digital financial services, with exposure to both product and commercial functions (online payment experience is a must; POS payment is a strong plus).
  • Proven experience in product development (with a commercial focus) within acquiring, merchant services, or pay-out solutions.
  • Strong understanding of payments and merchant KYC, onboarding, and operations, especially SME merchants.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive P&L growth through innovative product and commercial strategies.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional stakeholders (business, compliance, technical).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities across diverse markets.
  • Background in consulting, FinTech, or payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com) preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
