Head of Growth

A leading dynamic digital solutions agency is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Growth to accelerate business performance across multiple divisions. The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead and inspire a talented team of growth professionals across Social Media, Paid Media, SEO, E-commerce and Technology engagement. You'll be responsible for shaping and executing the company's global growth strategy, therefore optimising operations, driving lead generation, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue.

This is not a standard growth role. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, crafting scalable systems, refining CRM and data processes (HubSpot preferred), and exploring innovative MarTech and AI tools that create efficiency and competitive advantage. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with senior leaders across marketing, client services, finance, and product teams to align growth efforts with commercial goals.

About You

You're a strategic and commercially minded leader with a strong grasp of the full marketing mix and how to drive measurable business growth. You're equally comfortable building board-level strategies as you are getting hands-on with analytics, creative briefing, and performance optimisation.

You'll bring:

• 10+ years' experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing (agency or network experience ideal).
• Proven success developing and scaling multi-channel growth strategies.
• Expertise in CRM management and optimisation (HubSpot preferred).
• Experience leading high-performing teams to exceed ambitious targets.
• Strong data, analytical, and communication skills.
• A test-and-learn mindset and passion for innovation through technology.
