A leading digital-first media and technology group is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to help drive ambitious expansion across its performance and commerce divisions.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and creative professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You'll lead on pipeline growth, partnership development, CRM optimisation, and pitch support, working alongside a passionate team dedicated to creating meaningful impact for global brands.

 

What you'll do:

 

  • Generate and convert leads through targeted outreach and account-based marketing.
  • Build strategic relationships with key technology and media partners.
  • Support pitches, compile RFPs, and create compelling sales collateral.
  • Keep CRM and reporting flawless to inform forecasting and strategy.
  • Collaborate across marketing, growth, and client services to set new partnerships up for success.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years in a growth, partnerships, or sales role within digital, media, or eCommerce.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture client and partner relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
