Lead Appian Developer

This is a senior role providing technical leadership, hands-on Appian development, and team mentorship , delivering scalable and high-quality Appian solutions across multiple internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Appian solutions.

Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable applications.

Set and uphold development standards and best practices.

Mentor and coach Appian developers, building team capability.

Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery across projects.

Requirements 5 years hands-on Appian experience (7 years IT experience).

Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3).

Strong knowledge of SAIL interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and security.

Agile/Scrum experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Desirable Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, or source control.

Experience in regulated or data-sensitive sectors. xkybehq

Knowledge of AI/intelligent automation within Appian.
