Scrum Master – Consulting – AI - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join high profile AI programme. You will work in a mixed team of business, technology, and process experts to deliver AI-driven solutions that improve core business processes.
You will be responsible for organising and guiding teams and removing blockers to keep the programme on track.
Key Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into clear actionable delivery plans
• Proactively unblocking issues and managing risks
• Facilitating and managing stand-ups
• Embedding Scrum and Agile best practises

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment
• Prior consulting experience (advantageous)
• Experience working on AI related programmes
• A personable collaborative approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
