A fast-growing tech consultancy based in Godalming is looking for a temporary EA to support their detail-driven CEO to start ASAP on an ongoing basis. With offices in Godalming, this is a fully office-based role paying £22-27/hr. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Godalming and be able to get there by car as the location is not accessible by public transport.

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with the CEO in meetings, calls and day-to-day operations of his office
• Manage the CEO's inbox and diary
• Book both national and international travel
• Manage information flow, agendas and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support for urgent matters, ensuring swift resolution

What you bring:

• Proven experience supporting a CEO or equivalent senior leader
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to think several steps ahead
• Outstanding judgment, discretion and interpersonal skills
