Role Description
The Regional Account Manager is a full-time, role based in the South of the UK. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of accounts within the assigned region, developing lasting client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering customer-centric solutions, presenting business proposals, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, and effective client retention in the print and postal market
- Proven experience in large capital equipment sales.
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Business Development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of postal, parcel, or eCommerce industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
