Analyst Functional Consultant

Join Bluelight as a Analyst Functional Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering successful CRM, web and portal projects.

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with a degree and at least one year of experience in a similar role using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This position will be covering the full project lifecycle from client workshops and requirements gathering to configuration, training, and go-live support. You'll collaborate closely with external clients and internal teams, including data consultants and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery.

What You'll Do

• Take client workshops to understand existing processes and requirements.
• Document specifications and configure/customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and provide support during testing and hypercare periods.
• Work with project managers to keep consulting activities on track.
• Partner with technical teams to resolve functional gaps and implement solutions.
• Communicate progress updates and manage risks effectively.
• Contribute to the development of Bluelight solutions and industry templates.
