Change Manager

Job Title: Business Change Project Manager (12-month FTC)

Location: Leeds (3 days per week)

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Project Manager to lead business and client readiness planning for a major digital transformation initiative for one of our well known clients.

This role is pivotal in ensuring people, processes, and clients are fully prepared for the launch and adoption of new digital products and services. You will also support planning and implementation of a new operating model, working closely with the Transformation Lead and contributing to a broader change programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end business change planning and execution, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate activities for user acceptance testing, including collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners.
  • Deliver readiness and engagement activities across internal teams and audience-facing functions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, and other business areas to ensure seamless delivery of change.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans.
  • Support the Operating Model Workstream with planning, coordination, and implementation.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to business change.
  • Track progress, report on milestones, and ensure delivery against programme timelines.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation throughout the change process.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing business change for digital platforms or services.
  • Strong track record of delivering end-to-end change plans, including readiness, communications, and training.
  • Familiarity with operating model design and implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience & Skills

  • Experience in media, or digital transformation programmes.
  • Experience in change impact assessment and benefits realisation.
  • Knowledge of user experience and engagement strategies.
