You'll be the driving force behind our integration programme and a key contributor to future M&A activity. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you'll work directly with the leadership team to ensure each acquisition strengthens our platform.
You will:
Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for newly acquired businesses
Partner with cross-functional teams to harmonise systems, processes, culture, and data
Support commercial and operational due diligence for upcoming acquisitions
Identify synergies, efficiencies, and growth opportunities from day one
Bring structure, clarity, and pace to a fast-moving environment
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in M&A integration within tech, SaaS, digital, or PE-backed environments
Strong project delivery capability in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
A strategic thinker with the ability to roll up their sleeves and get things done
