Graduate Marketing Executive
This EdTech startup is scaling a SaaS product used by both businesses and consumers. With strong product-market fit and ambitious growth plans, they're looking to bring marketing in-house and build it properly from the ground up. Role overview This is a super hands-on marketing role for someone who wants real responsibility early. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders to help shape marketing activity across both B2B and B2C audiences. Long term, this role has the potential to grow into a senior leadership position as the business scales. It's a small, ambitious startup team where ideas turn into action quickly. You'll have visibility, ownership and the chance to learn how marketing actually works in a commercial environment, not just in theory. What you're good at - A degree in marketing, business or a related subject- Clear written and verbal communication- Commercial thinking and comfort working with numbers and budgets- Confidence presenting ideas and explaining your thinking- Being proactive and getting stuck in- Balancing creativity with execution Bonus points for - Any hands-on marketing experience (internships, societies, side projects)- Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, B2B or digital products- Familiarity with paid media, content or CRM tools- Ambition to grow into a future leadership role
