£50,000–£60,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £80,000–£100,000+)

We’re working with a well-established B2B software business entering a new phase of high growth following recent private equity investment. The company has historically expanded through reputation and referrals, and they’re now looking to scale their outbound function for the first time. As part of this, they’re hiring a Strategic SDR to engage large, complex organisations and help drive new opportunities.

In this role, you’ll research and map enterprise accounts, develop tailored outreach, engage senior stakeholders across Operations, IT and Transformation and collaborate closely with sales leaders on account strategies. This is a strategic, insight-led position where thoughtful engagement and commercial awareness matter more than high activity volume.

This position would suit someone with experience generating opportunities in mid-market or enterprise environments, particularly within software or technology-led solutions. You’ll be confident speaking with senior decision-makers, comfortable using multi-channel outreach and proactive in developing accounts.
