Continuous Improvement Project Manager

We’re recruiting for a major professional services organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver high-impact transformation and continuous improvement projects, with a strong focus on IT and technology-enabled change.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and IT projects
• Define scope, manage stakeholders, and run project governance
• Oversee budgets, risks, issues, and delivery plans
• Work with change teams to ensure successful adoption
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and third parties

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT and technology projects
• Strong track record with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and solid financial control
