Role: Strategic Product Lead – American Expansion
Salary: up to £80,000
Location: Manchester Area - flexible office working (at least once per month + quarterly planning days)
Travel: Occaisonal travel to the U.S. (approx. twice per year)
We’re partnered with a leading software company that builds digital platforms powering pensions and employee benefits across the UK. Now targeting North America as their top growth market, they’re looking for a Strategic Product Lead to own the expansion from a product perspective – shaping the roadmap, driving delivery, and ensuring the needs of US customers are at the heart of everything they do.
This is a high-impact role with cross-product and cross-functional influence, giving you the opportunity to directly shape international growth and establish the company’s presence in a new market.
