Role: Product Owner

Salary: up to £55,000

Location: Manchester Area, flexible hybrid (office once per month + quarterly planning)

We’re partnered with a leading UK software business building digital platforms that power pensions and employee benefits for millions of users. Their products sit at the heart of how people manage long-term financial wellbeing, and they’re continuing to invest heavily in modern, cloud-based technology and product-led ways of working.

They’re now looking for a Product Owner to join their Product and UX team and take ownership of one Agile development squad, working closely with engineers, designers and stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements to customer and member experiences.

🔑 What you’ll do

• 🧭 Own and prioritise the product backlog for your team
• 🤝 Work closely with stakeholders and customers to shape priorities
• ✍️ Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• 🔄 Support sprint planning, reviews and continuous improvement
