Support Lead – Dynamics 365 Business Central

A growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner is looking for an experienced Support Lead to oversee and develop a specialist BC support team. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of support while driving team performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a Business Central support team
  • Manage and prioritise support tickets, acting as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the team
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives

About You

  • Strong experience in 2nd/3rd line Dynamics 365 Business Central support (LS Retail experience beneficial)
  • Proven ability to coach or lead others, formally or informally
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
