Account Manager – Parking Technology & Services
Location: Field-based, with flexibility to work remotely
Salary: 40K - 60K + commission

Backed by robust growth and a reputation for reliability, they are now seeking an Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for a defined set of customers, ensuring that their parking operations run smoothly and continue to benefit from tailored solutions. You will focus on service delivery, retention, and account growth, balancing commercial drive with long-term partnership building.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the parking sector.
Act as the main contact for client queries, issues, and escalations, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to introduce new products and services.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers across key sectors (retail parks, shopping centres, healthcare, leisure, and commercial property).
Work closely with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracted services.
Prepare and deliver account reviews, ensuring clients see measurable value from their partnership.
Track activities and opportunities within the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
About You
Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales within a B2B environment (parking, facilities management, technology, or related sectors advantageous).
Strong relationship-building skills and a partnership-oriented mindset.
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role, with willingness to travel to client sites.
Full UK driving licence required.
