Business Process Visualisation Specialist MS Visio Expert

Butler Rose is working alongside our large Facilities Management client based in London who are looking for a highly skilled and detail-focused Business Process Visualisation Specialist (MS Visio Expert) to support their business process documentation activities. This will be a three month temporary basis, with hybrid working and paying up to £200 per day. The successful candidate will be responsible for rapidly producing clear, accurate, and professional Microsoft Visio process maps to document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") business processes. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and will contribute to structured workshops as well as ad-hoc documentation requests Main Duties * Design and develop high-quality Microsoft Visio process visualisations, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with business standards * Document and maintain As-Is and To-Be process maps across multiple business functions * Support process discovery and mapping during workshops, capturing workflows in real time where required * Translate workshop outputs, SME input, and operational knowledge into structured, comprehensive process documentation * Revise and update process maps based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements * Maintain well-organised repositories of visual artefacts and related documentation * Present process maps and documentation clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders * Provide ad-hoc Visio support for business teams when required Skills and Experience: * Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Visio, including advanced flowcharting and diagramming capabilities * Proven experience producing business process visualisations in complex environments * Ability to work at pace while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality * Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with SMEs and business leads * Demonstrated ability to capture processes rapidly and accurately during live sessions * Organised, self-directed, and responsive to changing priorities * Finance process background or exposure (highly desirable) * Experience working within transformation, process improvement, or finance change programmes (advantageous) Attribute: * Fast, efficient, and highly productive * Professional and polished approach to documentation * Collaborative and adaptable mindset * Able to work independently with minimal supervision If you are interested in this opportunity and are looking for further information, please reach out to Cerys Smith.
