- Provide proactive diary and meeting coordination for senior stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions
- Collate information from internal systems and produce clear reports and summaries
- Support team operations, helping to maintain strong workflow, organisation, and communication
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and business-related arrangements when required
- Assist with internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions
- Maintain oversight of office operations to ensure a smooth and professional environment
- Act as a trusted point of contact, handling information with discretion and care
- Contribute to company culture by supporting team initiatives, meetings, and social event
- At least 3 years’ experience in a professional office environment
- Experience supporting senior leadership or commercial teams
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing a varied workload with shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and high level of discretion
- Project management skills and the ability to work proactively
- Tech-savvy with excellent Microsoft Office skills (additional tools a bonus)
- Calm, professional, reliable, and able to work independently
