  • Provide proactive diary and meeting coordination for senior stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up actions
  • Collate information from internal systems and produce clear reports and summaries
  • Support team operations, helping to maintain strong workflow, organisation, and communication
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and business-related arrangements when required
  • Assist with internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder interactions
  • Maintain oversight of office operations to ensure a smooth and professional environment
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, handling information with discretion and care
  • Contribute to company culture by supporting team initiatives, meetings, and social event
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a professional office environment
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or commercial teams
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing a varied workload with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills and high level of discretion
  • Project management skills and the ability to work proactively
  • Tech-savvy with excellent Microsoft Office skills (additional tools a bonus)
  • Calm, professional, reliable, and able to work independently
