This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful IT sales and repairs company based just outside Chesterfield. The role will be wide and varied providing a range of IT support services to customers including servicing, repairs and remote support.

Role

Support on front desk
Stripping and refurbing IT equipment
Repairing IT equipment
Remote support to customers
Helpdesk support to customers

Training

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence.

You will be expected to work towards the Information Communications Technician Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

Full time position with the company.

Training Provider: CHESTERFIELD COLLEGE
Working Week: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
