We’ve been exclusively retained by a fast-growing SaaS business in the commercial property technology sector to appoint a Customer Success Manager as they expand their delivery team. With around 50 staff and rapid ARR growth, the company has recently added multiple new clients and now needs to strengthen its customer success function. This role has been created to ensure that every client is fully onboarded, trained, and engaged during their critical first 12 weeks.
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll work directly with clients ranging from real estate funds and asset owners through to developers and consultants. You’ll guide them through onboarding, training, and workflow implementation, ensuring they are up and running smoothly and adopting the platform as intended. Internally, you’ll work closely with engineers, product specialists, and account managers to bridge client requirements with technical delivery. Success in this role means helping clients embed the software into their processes so that it becomes their single source of truth.
We’re looking for someone with at least two years of SaaS or technology experience, ideally in a customer-facing role where you’ve managed a portfolio of clients. You’ll be empathetic, credible, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, and project directors in the commercial property world. Strong presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and organisational skills are key, as well as a genuine interest in how technology can simplify and streamline complex business processes.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-growth environment that values curiosity, professionalism, and continuous improvement. The role offers a base salary of £40K up to £50K, share options, 23 days holiday, gym/welfare contribution, and regular social events. Hybrid working is available, with an initial London office presence during onboarding, moving to occasional office visits thereafter, alongside client site meetings and remote collaboration.
