Finance Customer Success Agent - Accounting Software Support

Are you a finance professional with a passion for customer service and problem-solving? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing software business as a Finance Customer Success Agent, supporting clients in getting the very best from their accounting platform.

The Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound queries via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving technical or process-related issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You'll also work closely with internal teams to escalate more complex queries and help shape product improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance role, with strong hands-on use of accounting software.
  • Background in customer support or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.

Working Pattern:

This role is ideally office-based full time during training and onboarding. Once you're fully confident in the role, there is potential to move to a hybrid arrangement.
