Business Transformation Analyst

Camino Search is currently partnering with a growing InsurTech start-up client looking to hire a Transformation Analyst to support the exciting change agenda.

This individual will primarily support on the on a major replatforming and technology suite upgrade programme, with duties including requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and UAT.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to multiple change projects and join a start-up environment on an exciting growth journey.

Paying up to £55,000 per annum salary plus benefits.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience supporting transformation projects as a Business Analyst or similar.
• Understanding of technology and systems to liaise with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a curious and analytical approach.
• Any previous experience in insurance or start-up environments would be desirable, but not essential.
