We are excited to be partnering with an industry leading private equity backed technology services organisation. They have a presence with a well defined market and have secured significant equity.
As a result, the business is looking for a FP&A Director to build and shape their commercial function.
The successful candidate will work very closely with the CFO to help drive the business' strategy forward. This is a great opportunity to join a business that's renowned for being a very rewarding place to work with amazing progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and annual planning process
- Develop and maintain financial models including analysing key business KPIs including ARR
- Business partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
- Creating dashboards to support the decision-making process of management and external stakeholders
- Transformation focused, commercial, driving growth
- Delivering M&A DD and support with value creation and acquisition accounting
- Preparing board packs and presenting to C-Suite and the investment team

Essential background:
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
- Modelling experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication
- Previous FP&A experience in a SaaS / Technology Service based business
