Help Desk Technician
1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Ormskirk (on-site and help desk)
Salary: Up to £30,000
are working with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in the Ormskirk, who are looking to add a confident and motivated 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st / 2nd line support across a range of client sites and via the help desk
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Support and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within client environments
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems
- Previous experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach to work
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
