Location: Ormskirk (on-site and help desk)

Salary: Up to £30,000

 

are working with a well-established Managed Service Provider based in the Ormskirk, who are looking to add a confident and motivated 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st / 2nd line support across a range of client sites and via the help desk
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Support and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within client environments

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Previous experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to work
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
