IT Technician
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team and provide on-site technical support across our organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting both hardware and software systems, ensuring our staff can work efficiently and without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line and second-line technical support to staff
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications
- Supporting and maintaining the company CRM system, including user setup, troubleshooting, and training
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Performing routine maintenance and system updates
- Documenting issues and resolutions for future reference
- Liaising with external vendors and suppliers when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Experience with CRM systems
- Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and upgrades
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant IT qualifications are desirable but not essential
