IT Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team and provide on-site technical support across our organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting both hardware and software systems, ensuring our staff can work efficiently and without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line and second-line technical support to staff
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications
  • Supporting and maintaining the company CRM system, including user setup, troubleshooting, and training
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Performing routine maintenance and system updates
  • Documenting issues and resolutions for future reference
  • Liaising with external vendors and suppliers when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and upgrades
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Relevant IT qualifications are desirable but not essential
