This is a demanding but rewarding role for a self-starter ready to take their next step in IT support. The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training and the possibility of career progression.
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing network support to SME clients. Joining a friendly team in a busy and face-paced environment, you act as the first point of contact for clients.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an aspiring technical professional to join a busy and growing help desk as a Junior IT Support. This role is ideal for someone looking to support internal users across the Microsoft 365 platform
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide first-line support to internal users, ensuring high-quality assistance and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 and Windows Technologies.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of users, offering support and guidance..
- Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support processes and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of users.
- A good telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsort 365 Platform including Group Policies
- A basis understanding of Networking Protocols .
- A strong desire to develop and grow within a busy IT service desk environment.
