IT Engineer

IT Engineer - Crawley - £27k per annum excellent benefits

Our client is a well-established IT organisation based in Crawley; due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experience IT Engineer.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Diagnose incoming laptops for defects and damage
• Installing Windows operating systems
• Maintenance of equipment, specialist repairs/modifications upgrades, software/hardware enhancements within own capabilities
• Diagnose a hardware problem vs Accidental Damage
• Update tickets with diagnostic results
• Provide a basic level of Technical Support to end users on a 1st Line if needed

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

• Experience in the IT Field
• An ability to demonstrate your competence with repairing/building hardware
• A can-do attitude to provide the best service to our customers
• Excellent communication skills

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
