📍 London (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in office)

Are you passionate about reward, compliance, and shaping a great employee experience? We’re looking for a Reward Manager to join the People Operations team of our Global Technology client! You will lead the design and delivery of fair, competitive, and impactful compensation and benefits programmes across 15 countries, coaching and managing a team of 3 C&B professionals.

You’ll play a key role in how this company attract, motivate, and retain great people—bringing clarity to complex reward topics, improving processes, and ensuring everything they do meets the highest standards of compliance. You'll be passionate about developing and leading a team too!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the global reward agenda, including pay review, benchmarking, bonus cycles and benefits.
  • Own and continuously improve the reward frameworks, ensuring they’re competitive, fair, and aligned to strategy.
  • Partner with People Partners and business leaders to shape meaningful reward outcomes.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple countries.
  • Use data and analytics to guide decision-making and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Manage and develop a team of three Compensation and Benefits Specialists
  • Deputise for the Head of People Operations & Reward when required.
  • Drive process improvements and modernisation through automation and best practice.

  • Experience in reward, compensation, benefits, or a related people operations discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with data, modelling scenarios, and presenting insights clearly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confidence managing cyclical reward processes such as pay review and bonus cycles.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with systems such as Workday (ideal, not essential).
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to continue developing your expertise.
  • Experience leading or mentoring others.

🤝 About the Team

You’ll be part of the People Operations team - responsible for delivering payroll, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, immigration support and ensuring compliance with local labour laws across 15 countries.
