Account Manager

We are not looking for a "typical" Account Manager.

We are looking for someone who cares deeply about clients, thinks commercially without being pushy, and wants to build something properly.

If you believe account management is about long-term trust, curiosity, and doing what is right for the customer, you will probably feel at home here.

This role is for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the space to think, not just follow a script.

  • You want to be seen as a trusted partner, not "the IT supplier"

You do not need to be loud, flashy, or aggressive. You do need to be curious, switched on, and comfortable owning outcomes.

What you will be doing

  • Owning and growing a portfolio of clients
  • Building strong, multi-threaded relationships within each customer
  • Identifying where we can genuinely add value through additional services
  • Leading client conversations around improvement, risk, and opportunity
  • Working closely with technical, sales, and marketing teams to deliver properly
  • Contributing to account plans and shaping how we engage clients long term

This is not a hand-holding admin role, and it is not a hard-sell role either. It sits firmly in the middle.
