Delivery Manager
Ceox is growing fast - around 20% year on year - and we’re now looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help us scale our internal delivery capability.

This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily cloud migration, ERP, HCM, or infrastructure-focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead and deliver Agile software development projects for our Government clients, including:
- Managing and motivating development teams
- Overseeing Agile delivery (Scrum ceremonies, DevOps workflows, etc.)
- Running end-to-end project governance, planning, RAID, and financials
- Working closely with stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Supporting SOW creation, commercials, contracts, and estimation
- Contributing to the growth and maturity of our internal delivery team
Mandatory Requirements
- 3 - 4+ years' experience delivering projects to the UK Government
- Strong application development and delivery experience
- Experience leading and managing software development teams
- Worked directly for suppliers/consultancies delivering to the Government clients
- Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum)
- Ability to run end-to-end project governance, financials, RAID, planning
- Eligible for BPSS/SC (must have lived in the UK for 5+ years)
- Able to work 2 days per week in our Guildford office
- Knowledge of SOW creation, contracts, and commercials
Desirable Experience
- GDS phases, assessments, and service standards
- Delivery experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure
- Supporting tenders, proposals, estimates, and solution shaping
- Managed Services Delivery
- Exposure to Intelligent Automation or AI-driven solutions
- Experience in Coaching/mentoring junior team members
- Understanding of Microsoft partner delivery frameworks
