Our award-winning global client is seeking an experienced Director of Solutions Architecture & Practice Lead to lead large-scale transformation deals ($10m+) and build a world-class Solutions Architecture and Technology Consulting capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution strategy, architecture, and delivery for complex transformation and managed services opportunities
• Define SLAs, operating models, governance, tooling, and partner services
• Own client-facing solution content, proposals, and workshops
• Build and mature the global Solutions Architecture practice
• Establish a Technology Consulting Services capability
• Lead and mentor a global team of senior solution architects

• IT Service Management & Operations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IT4IT, AIOps, ServiceNow)
• Project & Governance Frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2)
• Connectivity Services (Network Underlay & Overlay)
• Cloud Infrastructure (Managed Hosting, Hybrid & Platform Services)
• Managed Security (Firewalls, SSE, SOC, SIEM)

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise transformation
• Proven success with $10m+ deals
• Strong commercial acumen and solution architecture expertise
• Experience with global teams and international clients
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s and relevant certifications preferred
