Chapman Tate is partnering with a long-established UK group that is undergoing significant digital and financial transformation. As the business continues to modernise and integrate its operations, we’re looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to lead the finance workstream of a major ERP implementation and drive system-based improvements across multiple business units.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance element of a group-wide ERP implementation, collaborating with Operations to ensure alignment and optimisation.
• Map, analyse, and streamline data workflows to improve governance, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Work closely with finance teams to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and BAQs within the ERP.
• Ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
• Act as the go-to person for finance system queries, supporting knowledge-sharing and upskilling across the team.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, migrations, and new functionality rollouts.
• Document system processes, configurations, and changes for audit and compliance.
• Serve as a key liaison between multiple departments and business units.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting); finance/accounts background desirable.
• Proficiency with data analysis and modelling tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system integrations and automation.
