CTA are working with an established company who are looking to hire a permanent Hubspot CRM Specialist to own and optimise their HubSpot ecosystem. You'll be responsible for developing workflows, managing integrations, improving data structures, and ensuring HubSpot operates as a powerful, reliable platform across the business.

In this hands-on role, you'll work with sales, service, marketing, and operations teams to improve automation, enhance reporting, and deliver clean, actionable insights. This is not a campaign-focused role — it's a technical CRM position ideal for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving, and improving systems.

What you'll do:

• Configure and optimise workflows, pipelines, and automation
• Build and maintain API integrations
• Enhance data quality, lifecycle processes, and system performance
• Create dashboards and advanced reports
• Act as the technical HubSpot expert across the business

What you'll bring:

• Proven HubSpot CRM experience (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs)
• Strong HubSpot CMS knowledge
• Hands-on API integration experience
• Solid analytics, reporting, and data modelling skills
• A problem-solving, system-minded approach
