About the Role

As the NetSuite ERP IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s NetSuite platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain to ensure the ERP system supports business objectives and delivers maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the NetSuite ERP system.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external NetSuite support partners.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilisation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing NetSuite ERP within a retail or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, finance, and supply chain processes.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and customisation.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
