Framework Process Analyst
Framework Process Analyst | Nottinghamshire | Hybrid Working | Salary – up to £45000 Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Framework Process Analyst. You’ll have strong project management skills alongside immaculate communication skills to work with all of the relevant stakeholders to ensure processes are documented and reviewed regularly.Responsibilities:
- To develop a governance approach for the creation, approval and storage of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes that intersect with using our new CRM, Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify, understand and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) that reflect new ways of working with D365.
- Identify and create supporting business rule documentation.
- Capturing SOPS that allow for uniformity in operating within the service environment. These documents will support development of training and Equality materials.
- Establish a central library of documentation via SharePoint that is supported by good governance and change management principles
- SOP identification and creation – a full set of SOPs that accurately reflect new ways of working with in the CRM environment.
- A full set of business rules that can be applied to SOP creation and operational audits.
- Experience of working in a service delivery or process development environment
- Experience identifying and creating SOP materials.
- Experience of identifying business rule requirements and developing associated documentation.
- A brilliant understanding of process mapping, modelling and automation.
- Experience liaising with key stakeholders to help evaluate and improve existing processes.
- Previous experience working within charity sector desirable
