Sales Manager

Define SME segment profiles and priorities, develop annual industry marketing strategies and goals;

Lead the design and packaging of standardized industry solutions (e.g., "small logistics vehicle + insurance + charging package"), deliver value propositions and sales scripts;

Develop benchmark customer cases, industry white papers, demo sandboxes, and other enablement materials to enhance frontline sales conversion efficiency;

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to plan industry-specific activities (online seminars, industry exhibitions, trial programs);

Monitor solution adoption rates, customer retention, and NPS, continuously iterate solution content and promotion strategies.
