Sales Director
We are recruiting for a fast-growing ad tech business building next-generation advertising solutions designed for a privacy-first, performance-driven media landscape. Our technology helps agencies and brands deliver more relevant, effective advertising experiences across premium digital environments.
As part of our international expansion, we are opening a new London office and are looking for a senior commercial leader to establish and scale our UK presence.
The Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving UK revenue growth, with a particular focus on independent media agencies. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building markets, shaping go-to-market strategy, and acting as a trusted partner to agencies.
You will own the full sales cycle, develop long-term agency relationships, and play a key role in shaping how the business grows in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deepen senior relationships with independent media agencies
- Drive new business from prospecting through to close, owning the full sales cycle
- Develop strategic partnerships rather than purely transactional relationships
- Act as the senior commercial presence for the business in the UK market
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and client teams to tailor solutions
- Provide market insight and feedback to inform product and commercial strategy
- Support the launch and growth of the London office and future team expansion
About You
- Proven senior sales experience within ad tech, digital media, programmatic, video, or CTV
- Strong track record of selling to UK independent media agencies
- Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem, including planning, buying, and measurement
- Comfortable selling innovative or emerging technology solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in small, fast-growing environments
- Commercially confident, consultative, and credible at senior agency level
