Senior Sales Manager
Our client is a high-growth programmatic partner based in Central London , recognised for their exceptional product and innovative approach to data-driven media. With a hands-on, dynamic senior leadership team , they’re building one of the most exciting propositions in the ad tech space and are now looking for a talented Senior Sales professional to join them on this journey. This is a pivotal role for the continued fast growth of the business and is a high profile leadership position being the lead representation of the company to the Indies agency community in London.
The Role:
This is a high-profile, commercially strategic position where you’ll develop new business and cultivate relationships across independent media agencies, trading desks, and client-direct partners. Working closely with the Commercial VP and Founder, you’ll help shape and deliver the go-to-market strategy, positioning the business as a leading force in programmatic advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies, clients, and tech partners.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative, strategic selling across and programmatic solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, data-led proposals that meet client objectives.
- Identify new opportunities to expand partnerships and drive incremental growth.
- Represent the business as an expert, contributing to thought leadership and industry visibility.
About You:
- Proven success in media or ad tech sales.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and agency ecosystem.
- Confident, consultative communicator able to translate complex solutions into clear commercial value.
- Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
