Account Manager - Chronicle (Time & Attendance SaaS)

Client Success and Account Management role for Cloud-Based Workforce Management solution provider.

Chronicle provides Time and Attendance - HR - Scheduling - Access Control software to 100's of UK SME's. The role involves managing 250 clients - ensuring they pay their annual renewals, processing add-on orders, conducting surveys, developing relationships and keeping clients aware of new modules and features.

Office based role - proximity to Swindon or Watchfield important.

As part of a bigger team the Account Manager would work alongside the Project Management team and Support desk team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Strong English, communication and IT skills are expected alongside commercial awareness and basic maths.

Uncapped opportunity to earn 15% commission scheme. Competitive Basic Salary, Laptop Phone and peripheral software provided.

Ideally but not limited to a University Degree required or 1+ years experience selling saas software.

Report directly to senior management.
