🔐 DLP Governance SME / DLP Policy SME – Hybrid (North of England)

Hybrid Working (50% onsite, 50% remote)

We’re looking for a confident, proactive DLP Governance SME / DLP Policy SME to support a major global organisation’s Data Loss Prevention governance function.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Lead DLP policy governance, reviews & exemption decisions

🔹 Communicate clearly and directly — picking up the phone, not just emailing

🔹 Validate requirements and ensure accuracy before escalation

🔹 Explain policy changes in governance forums

🔹 Support assessment of new risks and review new DLP policy requests

🔹 Use your DLP tooling expertise (Semantic, McAfee, MIP tags) to guide decisions

What you’ll bring:

✨ Strong governance/policy background

✨ Excellent communication & stakeholder management

✨ Hands-on DLP tooling experience (required)

✨ Proactive, detail-focused mindset

✨ Audit/regulatory experience — a bonus

✨ Experience in a large global organisation

📍 Hybrid – North of England

📅 January start – interviews taking place before 19th December
