Are you an IT Support Technician looking to take the next step in your career? A well-established and highly respected legal firm is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their technology team in Manchester. You will be required to come into the office twice a week.

The IT Support Technician will be the first point of contact for IT queries, providing technical support to staff across the firm. Working within a professional services environment, you'll ensure colleagues have the tools and systems they need to deliver outstanding client service.

Key Skills the IT Support Technician will have:

• At least 4/5 years experience in 1st and 2nd line Support
• Excellent Microsoft 365 experience
• Good experience with case management and time recording systems
• Proficient with cloud technologies (Preferably azure)
• Previous experience working in the legal industry is advantageous
• Exposure to Visualfiles is beneficial
