IT Managed Services Provider - Watford (onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE)

Our client is a leading MSP with a global presence, supporting clients in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and finance sectors. Based onsite at their end client in Watford, you'll play a key role in delivering hands-on technical support and contributing to projects around cloud infrastructure and automation.

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and networking fundamentals. You'll work closely with a small team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with technical implementations across modern cloud environments.

• Windows 10/11 OS support and administration
• Windows Server management
• Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune for device management
• Group Policy, DNS/DHCP configuration
• Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPNs, DHCP, DNS)
• Full UK driver's licence & own vehicle (preferred)

• Exposure to cloud migration projects (Azure)
• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Knowledge of security best practices and endpoint protection

• Salary £30,000-£35,000 DOE
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
