About the Team:

The Data Architecture team at Cirium is a key pillar of the Data Organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's data landscape. This team is responsible for designing and implementing robust data solutions that enable real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and generative AI applications. By leading data modernization initiatives and collaborating closely with delivery teams, the Data Architecture team drives transformation across the foundational data estate.

About The Role:

As a Data Architect at Cirium you will be designing and evolving our enterprise data architecture, with a strong emphasis on enabling AI and advanced analytics. This role is pivotal in shaping how data is structured, governed, and leveraged to support AI-driven innovation across the organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Cirium to ensure our data ecosystem is optimized for both operational efficiency and AI readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect innovative data solutions that enable real-time analytics, predictive modelling, and generative AI applications.
  • Lead data modernization initiatives across our foundational data estate, collaborating closely with delivery teams to drive and guide transformation.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Data Team members to ensure data pipelines are fit for purpose, and that the structure, behaviour, and metadata of Cirium's data assets comply with mature and consistent patterns, enabling the resolution of new challenges.
  • Embed privacy by design principles, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
  • Document and communicate data architecture, lineage, and metadata to promote transparency and facilitate reuse.
  • Engage in domain learning by asking insightful questions and obtaining meaningful answers.

  • Proficient in SQL and Data Analysis, leveraging technical expertise to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Not just a technical expert, but a strategic system thinker who intimately understands complex data domain concepts and translates them into actionable strategies and impactful data solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of LLM/GEN AI
