Job Title: French Speaking Account Development Manager
Role Overview:
City Elite are working with a leading SaaS firm that are are seeking a motivated Account Development Manager to help expand the customer base by prospecting and building relationships with corporates within target accounts and existing accounts. You will play a significant role in helping clients manage the transition from a legacy product to their new product. While this is still a sales role, they are needing someone who is well organised and can present in a calm and confident way.
Please note that this position requires a dual French/English Speaker.
Requirements:- 6–24 months of sales/ business development/ account management experience.
- Ambition to develop a long-term career in sales and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in French and English.
- Strong listening skills to understand client needs and challenges.
- Resilient and persistent, capable of handling rejection and following up consistently.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, including objection handling and closing techniques.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and other sales tools.
- Effective time management, prioritizing high-value activities.
