Account Manager – ClearAcceptLondon - Hybrid
ClearAccept, part of the ClearCourse group, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our expanding team. If you’re experienced in building long-term customer relationships, confident in identifying growth opportunities, and ideally familiar with EPOS, payments, or software solutions - this is an exciting opportunity to take your career forward within a fast-growing technology group.
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in retaining customers, driving adoption of our payments solution, uncovering upsell opportunities, and ensuring our merchants get the very best value from our products. You’ll be the trusted partner who helps them operate efficiently and plan their future technology roadmap with us.
What you’ll be doing-
Maintaining regular contact with your portfolio of customers and building strong, long-term merchant relationships.

Identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deliver against revenue targets.

Developing a deep understanding of ClearAccept’s product offering to help customers use our tools more effectively.

Providing consultative support to customers to influence both their technology roadmap and our own product direction.

Building strategic growth plans for key accounts over time.

Migrating existing customers onto the ClearAccept payment gateway using strong commercial negotiation skills.

Keeping accurate CRM records and ensuring visibility for internal stakeholders.

Reporting on monthly metrics, forecasts, and performance updates.

Minimising churn through proactive engagement and exceptional customer service.

Collaborating closely with Support, Operations, Development, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Continuously developing your industry and product knowledge.
Required skills & experience:

Proven success in a target-driven, client-facing Account Management role.

Understanding of payments software, payments processing, or industry-specific technology.

Ability to capture customer requirements and demonstrate how our solutions meet their needs.

Strong influencing and communication skills to drive revenue growth.

Calm, professional manner when handling challenging situations.

Willingness to become a subject matter expert in payments and ClearCourse’s software platforms.
